The tail-end of a cold front is affecting Northern and Eastern Luzon and Visayas while an intertropical convergence zone is affecting Southern Mindanao.
Northern and Eastern Luzon and Visayas will have cloudy skies with rainshowers. Southern Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail over Northern Luzon. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast and north with slight to moderate seas.
