An intertropical convergence zone is across Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas.
Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming more frequent over Western and Central Luzon. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Light to moderate wind blowing from the south and southeast and will prevail over Luzon becoming light southwesterly and variable over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
