An intertropical convergence zone is affecting the entire country.
The whole country will experience cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming more frequent over the Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas.
Light to moderate wind blowing from the east and southeast and will prevail over Central and Northern Luzon becoming light southwesterly and variable over the rest of the country. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
