A frontal system is over Northeastern Luzon while a the low pressure area estimated at 2 p.m. yesterday at 310 kilometers east of Visayas was embedded along the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The whole country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Eastern Luzon, Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the Northern and Eastern Luzon with moderate to rough seas. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the northeast and northwest and the coastal waters of these areas will be slight to moderate.
