The tailend of a cold front is over Northeastern Luzon while an intertropical convergence zone is affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Northern Mindanao.
Northeastern Luzon will be cloudy with rains. Southern Luzon, Visayas and Northern Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east and northeast will prevail throughout the archipelago and its coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
