MANILA, Philippines — Continuous rains brought by the southwest monsoon flooded several roads across Metro Manila on Monday, with some routes already impassable to vehicles.
As of 5:30 p.m., the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and local governments reported the following flooded roads:
