Bahagi ng statement ng AirAsia:

“This matter is currently undergoing a thorough internal investigation. AirAsia will take strict disciplinary action on any misconduct in accordance with our internal procedures and due process.

Kasunod nito ang public apology ng former AirAsia employee.
“ I want to public apologize for my recent actions. O recently threats against Robin Padilla and I am truly sorry. In a moment of anger, i choose to use words that were aggressive and dangerous. i understand now that my behavior was wrong and that created an environment of fear. That was never acceptable, and i am embarrassed by how i handle the situation. I am taking steps to address the issues that led me to this point, and I ask for your forgiveness. I am deeply sorry for the pain i have caused.”
Ang bagong post ng netizen, hindi maganda ang ibinalita. Sabi nito, “Sorry po Robin Padilla if nasaktan kayo sa nasabi ko.
“Kapal?t po ng nagawa ko sayo, natanggal na po ako sa Fly AirAsia.”
