MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police has reassigned senior officers to key posts in Metro Manila as part of a reshuffle ordered by PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr.

Brig. Gen. Aden Lagradante, former director of the Eastern Police District (EPD), was designated officer-in-charge of the Civil Security Group (CSG).

Brig. Gen. Rodel Alcantara Pastor was named OIC of the Office of the Regional Director for Operations of the National Capital Region Police Office.

Former NCRPO director for operations Brig. Gen. Melecio Buslig was appointed OIC of the EPD, which oversees police operations in Pasig, Mandaluyong Marikina and San Juan.

Col. Martin Mercado Gamba was designated OIC of the NCRPO chief of regional staff.
