MANILA, Philippines — All examinees for the 2025 Bar Examinations will be exempted from the number coding scheme on the second day of the examination, the Supreme Court said.

In a notice issued on Wednesday, September 3, the Supreme Court stated that Bar Examinees will be exempt from the number coding scheme on September 10 during their transit to and from local testing centers within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

According to the high court, to avail of this exemption, examinees must display a copy of their Bar Exam permit on their windshields for proper identification.

“In case of apprehension, examinees and/or drivers (during examinee pick-up) must present the Notice of Admission to the traffic enforcer to avail of the number coding exemption,” the high court’s notice read.

For no-contact apprehension policy. In cases of contactless apprehension, the Supreme Court said that examinees can register one vehicle for exemption to avoid it.

The registration must be completed by September 8 and requires examinees to provide their Bar Examination numbers.

It also stated that for the exemption to be valid, the vehicle's plate number must be registered in the database and the Notice of Admission must be prominently displayed on the rear windshield.

The Bar Examination will be conducted on September 7, 10 and 14.
