Supreme Court, lower courts suspend work due to bad weather

MANILA, Philippines — Several courts have suspended their operations on Tuesday, August 26, due to inclement weather.
The Supreme Court has announced work suspension in collegiate courts and all courts in several places across the country.
The following courts have suspended their work on Tuesday:
Supreme Court
Work-from-home arrangement is adopted. Skeleton workforce to be maintained at the docket-receiving section of the Judicial Records Office and the cash collection and disbursement division of the fiscal management and budget office.
Court of Appeals
Work is suspended for CA-Manila; skeleton workforce to be maintained at the 0ne stop processing center, cash division and general services division.
Sandiganbayan
Work-from-home arrangement is adopted for all offices. Skeleton workforce to be maintained at the Judicial Records Division and cashier section.
Court of Tax Appeals
Work-from-home arrangement is adopted. Skeleton workforce to be maintained at the Executive Clerk of Court IV and Executive Clerks of Court III for the Office of the Clerks of Court and the respective Chiefs of Office for the Office of Legal and Technical Services and Office of Administrative and Finance Services.
