Walang Pasok: Court work suspended on July 21
MANILA, Philippines — Courts in some parts of the country suspended work on Monday, July 21, due to inclement weather.
The Supreme Court suspended work in first- and second-level courts in the National Capital Judicial Region on July 21 due to the southwest monsoon (habagat).
All offices of the Supreme Court, except for the essential offices, such as the docket receiving section of the Judicial Records Office and the cash division of the Fiscal Management and Budget Office.
The following are the other courts that suspended their work:
- All courts in the Hall of Justice, Dagupan City, Pangasinan
- All courts in Antipolo City, Cainta, Taytay, San Mateo and Rodriguez in Rizal
- Regional Trial Court (RTC) Imus, Municipal Trial Court (MTC) Kawit, and all the RTCs and (Municipal Trial Court in Cities) MTCCs of Bacoor in Cavite.
- All courts in Biñan, San Pedro and Sta. Cruz in Laguna
- RTC Br. 107 Los Baños, MTC Los Baños, MTC Calauan, and MTC Bay in Laguna
- RTCs Siniloan and Calamba in Laguna
- All RTCs and MTC of Morong, Rizal, MTC of Tanay, Rizal, Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) of Teresa-Baras, Rizal and MCTC of Pililla-Jalajala, Rizal
- RTC of San Fernando, Pampanga and MCTCs and MTCs under this jurisdiction
- All courts in Angeles City, MTCC Mabalacat City and MTC Galang and Porac in Pampanga
- RTC of Dinalupihan, Bataan and MCTC of Dinalupihan-Hermosa, Bataan and the Hall of Justice, Dinalupihan, Bataan
- All courts within RTC Balanga City, Bataan jurisdiction
- All offices within the Hall of Justice in Lingayen, Pangasinan
- All courts under the territorial jurisdiction of RTC Lemery, Batangas
- RTC and MTCC of Batangas City, MTCs of Bauan, Ibaan, San Pasual, San Jose and MCTC of Mabini-Tingloy, Batangas
- All RTCs of Tarlac City, Tarlac
Malacanang also suspended classes and government work due to the inclement weather.
