Unstoppable Elevate rules CODM Garena Summer Invitation 2025

MANILA, Philippines — The win streak continues for Elevate as it added another trophy to its growing haul, this time winning the Garena Summer Invitation (GSI) 2025 after an unstoppable group stage and playoff run.

Through the course of three weeks of double round robin best-of-five matches, Elevate emerged as the top team among six squads with an 8-2 standing, only suffering losses to Indonesia's ABC Esports and rivals Stalwart Esports. Though the latter also had a 8-2 standing, Elevate was able to capture the top seed with more games won.

In the playoffs, Elevate easily dispatched Absolute Zero, 3-0 to set up a rematch with ABC Esports, to which it avenged its group stage defeat to advance to the grand finals with a map advantage.

In the lower bracket, Absolute Zero stunned Stalwart Esports with a 3-0 sweep, only to see its Cinderella run end at the hands of ABC Esports, which was raring to get back at Elevate.

Even with the map advantage, Elevate seemed hungry for a sweep as it easily took Hardpoint-Apocalypse (250-144) as well as the Search and Destroy-Firing Range map (7-4). ABC Esports managed to take a game in the Raid Map (Control mode) but Elevate reminded everyone why they are the masters of Hardpoint as they cleaned-up Hacienda 250-146 to extend their tournament win streak with the GSI 2025 crown.

Elevate thus extended its title run trophy to eight straight since emerging victorious in the Garena Masters Season 6 last year, keeping its hopes of a second “Golden Road” alive.
