MANILA, Philippines — For the first time, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo will participate in the 10th Raisina Dialogue, India’s flagship international conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics.

Hosted annually by India’s Observer Research Forum and Ministry of External Affairs, the dialogue is set from March 17 to 19 in New Delhi.

On the sidelines of the conference, Manalo will attend bilateral meetings with other foreign ministers, take part in an interactive session with members of the business community and visit the Philippine embassy in New Delhi to observe e-visa operations.

Indian Ministry of External Affairs Secretary (East) Jaideep Mazumdar paid a courtesy call on Manalo on March 12.

Mazumdar, who served as Indian ambassador to the Philippines from 2017 to 2020, was in Manila to co-chair the 27th ASEAN-India Senior Officials’ Meeting.

The Philippines is country coordinator of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations-India dialogue relations from 2024 to 2027.
