MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Malls is on track with its vaccination drive and efforts to assist local governments to curb the spread of COVID-19.
To date, thousands of frontliners, medical workers, barangay health workers, emergency response team personnel and nutrition scholars as well as senior citizens have been inoculated.
To encourage their constituents to get vaccinated, Tuguegarao City Mayor Jefferson Soriano, Antipolo City Mayor Andeng Ynares and Cebu City Vice Mayor Mike Rama – appointed the city’s vaccine czar by Mayor Edgardo Labella – received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at Robinsons Place Tuguegarao, Robinsons Place Antipolo and Robinsons Galleria Cebu, respectively.
Robinsons Malls also partnered with the Imus, Cavite city government and hosted a drive-through vaccination drive at the mall’s Level 3 and 4 parking areas.
Robinsons Place GenSan is now a new mega-vaccination hub to provide residents with an accessible, safe and convenient way to get vaccinated. Future sites in Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao are in the pipeline.
Due to their strategic location in key cities, large and clean spaces and accessibility, Robinsons Malls have become the preferred sites to launch each city’s vaccination drive.
More Robinsons Malls branches will open up as vaccination sites as the company remains dedicated to its commitment to fight the battle against COVID-19.
