MANILA, Philippines - Cielito “Honeylet” Avanceña, the partner of President Duterte, played host yesterday to the spouses of leaders attending the 30th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in Manila.
After accompanying Duterte in welcoming leaders during the formal opening ceremonies of the summit at the Philippine International Convention Center, Avanceña proceeded to the National Museum for a tour with some of the wives of the heads of state.
