MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers is set to proclaim the elected senators and party-list representatives on Thursday.

The Comelec en banc earlier met with Senate President Franklin Drilon and House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. to report on the status of canvassing as part of protocol before proclamation.
