MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court on Tuesday will resume the oral arguments on the disqualification case against Sen. Grace Poe.
The Commission on Elections en banc has disqualified Poe from the presidential race due to residency and citizenship issues.
The Supreme Court, however, issued a temporary restraining order against the poll body from enforcing its ruling to cancel Poe's certificate of candidacy for president.
