LP, UNA bets complete Grace-Chiz senatorial slate
MANILA, Philippines - Some of the senatorial candidates of the Liberal Party (LP) and the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) are also included in the lineup of presidential bet Sen. Grace Poe and her running mate, Sen. Francis "Chiz" Escudero.
LP members Sen. Ralph Recto and Pasig City Rep. Roman Romulo are also included in the "Partido Galing at Puso" (PGP) of Poe and Escudero. Romulo, however, filed his senatorial candidacy as an independent candidate.
UNA senatorial bets Susan Ople, Richard Gordon, Juan Miguel Zubiri and Sen. Tito Sotto? were also invited as guest candidates of PGP.
Valenzuela Rep. Sherwin Gatchalian, lawyer Lorna Kapunan, Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares, actor Edu Manzano, ACT-CIS Partylist Rep. Samuel Pagdilao and Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno complete Por and Escudero's senatorial lineup.
