According to the complaint, the National Agri-Business Corporation, which is under the Department of Agriculture, received P1.6 billion of PDAF. About P500 million from the said fund went to the so-called non-government organizations (NGOs) of alleged pork barrel mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.
Meanwhile, the rest of the funds went to other NGOs with the similar modus operandi as that of Napoles.
The affidavits of the affiants revealed that the PDAF of 20 legislators amounting to P490,685,000 was misused.
