Roxas cites need for continuation of daang matuwid

MANILA, Philippines - Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Roxas II sees the continuance of the administration’s daang matuwid or straight path as key to projects like the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB).

These programs help citizens raise their standard of living and make them the hub of development.

The Koalisyon ng Mamamayan Para sa Reporma recently held a leadership training seminar in Valencia City, Bukidnon where Roxas was guest speaker.

Roxas believes that empowerment is very personal to a citizen.

“The dream is simple – to live with dignity, in comfort, with development and a future, and full of opportunities,” he said in Filipino.
