MANILA, Philippines - Thirty-nine party-list organizations, including Ang Ladlad LGBT Party and Pasang Masda Nationwide Inc., were delisted by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for failure to obtain at least two percent of the votes in the party-list system in the 2010 and 2013 polls.
Comelec Resolution No. 9932 declared that the groups failed to obtain a seat in the second round of seat allocation for the party-list system at the House of Representatives in the two preceding polls.
Among the party-list groups delisted are 1 Guardians Nationalist of the Philippines; Alliance of Advocates in Mining Advancement for National Progress; Ang Agrikultura Natin Isulong; Alyansang Bayanihan ng mga Magsasaka, Manggagawang-Bukid at Mangingisda; Abante Katutubo Inc.; Blessed Federation of Farmers and Fishermen International Inc.; Alliance of Bicolnon Party; Action Brotherhood for Active Dreamers Inc.; Agrarian Development Association; Adhikain ng mga Dakilang Anak Maharlika; Alliance for Philippines Security Guards Cooperative; Agila ng Katutubong Pinoy; Akap Bata Sectoral Organization for Children Inc.; Aksyon Magsasaka-Partido Tinig ng Masa; Ako Ayoko sa Bawal na Droga Inc.; Adhikain at Kilusan ng Ordinaryong Tao para sa Lupa, Pabahay, Hanapbuhay at Kaunlaran; Action League of Indigenous Masses; Alyansa Lumad Mindanao; Alyansa ng OFW Party; Alyansa ng Media at Showbiz; Ang Ladlad; Sectoral Party of Ang Minero; Association for Righteousness Advocacy in Leadership.

Under Republic Act No. 7941 or the Party-List System Act, the Comelec may initiate or, upon filing of a complaint, cancel the registration of an organization if it fails to participate in the last two preceding elections or fails to obtain at least two percent of the votes cast under the party-list system in the two preceding elections.
