MANILA, Philippines - Various pope-inspired memorabilia items are now being sold in Manila ahead of Pope Francis' five-day apostolic and state visit.
Among these items are 12-inch limited edition Pope Francis dolls that cost P1,000 (about US$ 22) each and come with a doll box and a certificate of authenticity.
Pope Francis is set to arrive in the Philippines on Thursday after his trip to Sri Lanka.
The pontiff will meet President Aquino, government and church officials and victims of Typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban City, Leyte.
He will also lead a holy mass on Sunday at the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park.
