MANILA, Philippines — The Senate Blue Ribbon sub-committee inquiry into the controversial Makati City Hall II parking building project continues on 10 a.m., September 11, Thursday.
A new witness is expected to face lawmakers in the fourth part of the hearing after Mario Hechanova, former vice chairman of the Makati Bids and Awards Committee, bared alleged anomalies which Vice President Jejomar Binay benefit from as Makati mayor.
