2 Filipinos nabbed in Vegas for lewd acts vs. children

MANILA, Philippines — Las Vegas Metro police arrested two Filipinos allegedly involved in separate cases of lewdness with minors who are also family members.

In a Fox News report, police said that 64-year-old Elio Reyes walked into Metro Northwest Area Command last Friday and admitted to inappropriate behavior.

Reyes said he wanted to turn himself in for touching a family member—a story backed by his family saying he assaulted a child under 14.

Jose Santos, meanwhile, was arrested for lewdness with a child under 14.

Reports said that the alleged sexual assault against a family member occurred between August 2010 and August 2011. - Camille Diola
