MANILA, Philippines - Malacañang on Saturday said it is expecting boxing champ and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao to knockout Timothy Bradley on Sunday (Manila time) in a rematch.
"We hope that a knockout would happen," said Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte in a report by the Philippine News Agency.
"Many of us are behind Congressman Manny Pacquiao in his fight against Timothy Bradley," she added.
Pacquiao and Bradley first met inside the ring in June 2012, when the split decision of judges gave Bradley a controversial victory over Pacquiao.
The rematch will be held at MGM Grand Garden ring in Las Vegas.
