2 hurt in Pasig City road accidents

MANILA, Philippines - Two persons were hurt in separate vehicular accidents in Pasig City on Wednesday.

The first incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. along the northbound lane of the C5 Road corner Lanuza Street.

The Pasig City Traffic Parking Management Office (TPMO) identified the victim in the first incident as Ryan Aldover, 29, a resident of Mendoza St. Bundukan, Bocaue, Bulacan.

Sketchy reports said Aldover was driving his black Mitsubishi Lancer (URB-308) when he met the self accident.

The second vehicular accident happened at about 9 a.m. at Hillcrest Drive in Barangay Oranbo.

Reports said victim Marissa Carino, of Hillcrest Drive, Barangay Oranbo, Pasig City was at the wheel of her Honda Civic (NZO-382) when she collided with a Mitsubishi Adventure (EBS-382) driven by one Danny Casus, of Emma St. Barangay Pineda, Pasig City.

Carino sustained minor injuries while Casus was unhurt, reports said.

Both incidents are now under investigation by traffic investigators of the Pasig City Police.
