MANILA, Philippines - Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Gen. Emmanuel Bautista will be the keynote speaker at the ‘AFP Night’ organized by the Manila Overseas Press Club (MOPC) at the Grand Ballroom of the InterContinental Hotel in Makati City today.
Bautista will talk on current security issues, including the ongoing negotiations for the increased rotational presence of US troops in the country, according to MOPC chairman and STAR columnist Babe Romualdez.
