MANILA, Philippines - Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz has formed two special panels that will handle the administrative charges filed against two of its officials implicated in the sex-for-flight scheme.
Baldoz issued DOLE Administrative Order 331 appointing lawyer Marion Sevilla as head of the panel that would handle the gross negligence case against Labor Attaché for Riyadh Adam Musa.
The members of the panel are lawyer Ina Claire Guan and Adoracion Ducduc of the labor department’s overseas employment administration.
DOLE Administrative Order 332 tasks mediation arbiter Eve Ramos to lead the panel to handle the grave misconduct case against officer-in-charge for Jordan Mario Antonio, with director Nino Lanto and an officer of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration as members.
