MANILA, Philippines - Basketball star James Yap and Kris Aquino agreed yesterday to fix the days when Yap could see their son James “Bimby†Yap Jr.
The Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 140 Judge Cristina Sulit allowed James to visit Bimby three times a week – Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays – following a hearing yesterday afternoon.
Kris attended the hearing accompanied by Bimby and sisters Ballsy Aquino-Cruz, Pinky Aquino-Abellada and Viel Aquino-Dee.
Actor Mike Gayoso accompanied Yap.
Yap earlier filed an urgent motion for provisional award of visitation rights.
“I think the decision of Judge Sulit today, the agreement she ironed out between both parties, would really benefit my son very much and I’m grateful to her,†Kris said after the hearing.
