5.2-magnitude quake hits Philippine islands - USGS

HONG KONG (Xinhua) - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Philippine Islands region at 20:33:27 GMT on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 8.50 km, was initially determined to be at 10.7227 degrees north latitude and 126.9283 degrees east longitude.
