David to put God at center of politics

MANILA, Philippines - An independent senatorial candidate has expressed belief that he could deliver better leadership, once he gets elected in the coming May polls.

Rizalito David, who is running under Ang Kapatiran Party, said his platform of government focuses on putting God at the center of politics.

David told broadcaster Karen Davila, of ANC’s Headstart, that his winning edge is his being exceptional compared to other traditional candidates now running for the Senate.

“The way I conducted myself during this interview. I’m blunt. I’ll take truth to the limits. If I say I am capable of doing something, I will do it. If I can’t, I will say it directly,” he said.
