Binay off to Cambodia

MANILA, Philippines - Vice President Jejomar Binay is leaving for Cambodia today to represent President Aquino at the funeral of former Cambodian King Norodom Sihanuok.

Binay, presidential adviser on overseas Filipino workers’ concerns, will leave at 8 a.m.

Sihanuok died of heart attack in a hospital in Beijing, China. He was 89.

His remains will be cremated.

Binay will return to Manila on Feb. 3.
