Dolphy's time of death pays off in 3-digit lotto

MANILA, Philippines - Comedy king Dolphy’s time of death  8:34 p.m. – was the winning 834 combination in the three-digit lotto online daily draw last Wednesday.

Joseph Muego, Philippines Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) media coordinator, said at least 1,093 players won the jackpot prize of P4,500.

“Dolphy passed away on July 10 at 8:34 in the evening. The following day, 834 came out as the winning combination of the three-digit game,” he said.

The three-digit lotto online game is drawn daily at lotto outlets in various parts of Metro Manila.

A majority of lotto winners maintain certain number combinations representing birthdays and other significant events in their lives.

A private employee in Caloocan City won more than a million pesos when she picked the plate numbers of passing vehicles.

The woman picked the six digits from the combination of two vehicles she spotted while placing her bet.
