Shalani is Willie's co-host

MANILA, Philippines - Valenzuela Councilor Shalani Soledad will make her debut as Willie Revillame’s new co-host on his TV5 game show “Willing Willie” tonight.

The 30-year-old politician is not new to broadcasting – she used to be a field reporter for UNTV.

According to sources, the contract signing was done on Nov. 5, but it is unclear if she will be a permanent co-host or her stint will be on a trial basis.

STAR entertainment editor Ricky Lo yesterday put out a blind item on Revillame’s co-host.

Soledad was President Aquino’s girlfriend for two years but they broke up recently. She said she was shocked by the breakup.
