Another Cessna plane crashes

A Cessna cargo plane from Palawan crashed in the mountainous area of Morong, Rizal early evening yesterday, killing its pilot.
Initial reports showed that the ill-fated aircraft belonging to Bonanza Air Services, was transporting live Lapu-Lapu fish from Palawan to Manila when it made a force landing in the vicinity of Barangay San Guillermo at about 6:15 p.m., apparently due bad weather.
Rizal provincial police commander, Senior Superintendent Leo Santiago, said the fixed-wing eight-sitter Cessna plane with tail No. RPC 639 was piloted by a Captain Felimon Mendoza.
Mendoza died due to massive body injuries as his plane, though it did not explode when it hit the soft and hilly grounds, tumbled several times over. Jaime Laude
