New Navy chief named

President Arroyo named yesterday Rear Admiral Ernesto de Leon as Philippine Navy flag officer-in-command.
De Leon, now Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) deputy chief for plans, will replace Vice Admiral Victorino Hingco, who will retire on March 6.
