Marcos turns birthday wish into a commitment to Filipinos

CEBU, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. marked his birthday by highlighting the administration’s continuing efforts to improve the lives of Filipinos. His message underscored public service through programs addressing food affordability, healthcare, education and livelihood.
