CEBU, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. highlighted expanded education support programs aimed at helping more Filipino students finish college and build better futures. From barangay scholarships and merit-based grants to free higher education, the initiatives seek to make quality education more accessible to students across the country.
