MANILA, Philippines — Miss Multinational Philippines 2019 Isabelle de Leon revealed how she is preparing for the upcoming Miss Multinational pageant happening on June 17 to 27 in New Delhi, India.
In a recent exclusive interview with Philstar.com, the actress-singer said she simply cut down on sweets and carbs and workout.
“'Pag nagpe-prepare ako sa pageant, nag-cut down talaga ko ng carbs and sweets. Sobrang bilis ko pumayat tsaka makikita mo magde-define talaga 'yung abs, magle-lean ka talaga. So ayun, nag-cut down talaga ko ng carbs at sweets,” she said.
“So walang ramen, walang milk tea, walang burger, 'yung mga ganon. Tiis-tiis tayo dyan,” she added.
Despite the pandemic, Isabelle said she is still working out, but is now more careful in observing safety protocols.
“Workout ko naman, every morning, I try to go for a run.
— Video by Efigenio Toledo IV
