MANILA, Philippines — World-renowned singers Josh Groban and Lea Salonga gave the performance of a lifetime in front of a sellout crowd at SM Mall of Asia Arena on Friday.

Having a broken leg didn’t stop Lea to perform with the American singer and songwriter as she made a duet with him on a wheelchair.

The equally talented singers belted out the songs “All I Ask of You” and “The Prayer” to the delight of the thousands of fans in attendance at the “Josh Groban: Bridges Tour.”

Before their performance, Josh led the crowd in singing a happy birthday for Lea who celebrates her 48th birthday on the exact date of the concert.

In their Twitter account, both Josh and Lea had all praises to each other as they both thank one another for a wonderful performance.

“Dear @JoshGroban, thank you so much for making my birthday very special! It was such a pleasure singing with you. Safe travels and HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the 27th!” Lea wrote.

“Lea thank you for spending your birthday with us, it was a true pleasure to sing with you, it made the night so special and we wish you a speedy recovery!!” Josh replied.

Apart from Lea, Kapuso singer Christian Bautista also had a duet with Josh as they sang “We Will Meet Once Again,” which first recorded with Andrea Bocelli when Josh was 17 years old.

“Honestly, when I started singing in a singing contest, I sang all your songs — You're Still You, You Raise Me up, To Where You Are, all of that. So your music defined me when I was starting. And without you, I wouldn't be here right now,” Christian told Josh.

Josh began his Manila concert with “Bigger Than Us” from his latest album “Bridges” followed by “You Are Loved,” “Won’t Look Back” and “Pure Imagination.”

He also played the piano singing his own rendition of Michael Jackson’ classic “She’s Out of My Life.” The international singer ended his concert with “You Raise Me Up,” “To Where You Are and Bridge Over Troubled Water.”
