MANILA, Philippines – Sharon Cuneta and Piolo Pascual are now in good terms.
On Friday, Sharon posted on her Facebook page a photo of her and Piolo in an event.
“Thank you, Lord Jesus for forgiveness, restored friendships, and love,” she said on the caption.
“Most of all, thank you that my Kristina is fine now and happy. And thank you, dear Piolo, that I can still call you my son no matter what. God bless you, P.J.! Love you,” she added.

The "megastar" also posted a photo of Piolo and KC together at the event. On the caption, she recounted how the reconciliation between her and the Kapamilya actor happened.
“I was in my wheelchair amongst friends and I didn't see him coming. He hugged me tight and when I looked at his face, I hugged him back so tight...’I am so sorrys’ and ‘I love yous’ and ‘I miss yous’ later, making me tear up,” she narrated.
Sharon added that she has acknowledged the actor’s “sincere” apology.
In a previous interview, Piolo has apologized to Sharon.
“If there is anything I did to offend her and her family, I’m also sorry for it,” he said.

In return, she also apologized to him for the things she has said about him after his breakup with KC in 2011.
“I am sorry that you and my baby had to end your relationship, and I am sorry for how very publicly I made my emotions known,” she said. “For what it's worth, I was not that kind of person. Was not, am not, and hopefully never will be. I believe you know that in your heart.”
