The said kiss went viral on social media over the weekend, eliciting different reactions from the public. Some believe that such act wasn't necessary and even "desperate," while some find it "kilig."
"Hindi ko alam kung magagawa niya o hindi," she replied when asked if she knew that he'll kiss her, in an interview on Wednesday. "Kasi we talk about it, lambingan ‘yan, e, usually nose-to-nose. Kumbaga I allow myself t be surprised."
"Even when I act, ayaw ko ‘yong maasyaodng naka-plot, gusto ko ‘yong mas natural," she added.
Karylle also appreciated that her husband Yael reacted about the issue through his Twitter account. He even performed with the singer-actress during the show.
In his reply to a Twitter follower, Yael defended Karylle and Vice Ganda, public saying his wife shouldn't ask for his permission to do something for work.
@BlueVicerylle I didn't allow anything. No one needs permission from me. We all have our own minds. :-)
