MANILA, Philippines - Jun Lana (photo) won Best Screenplay at the just-concluded 14th Pyongyang International Film Festival in North Korea for Bwakaw (which he also directed), the moving story of a man (played by Eddie Garcia) in his twilight years living alone with only his pet dog Bwakaw (played by a dog named Princess). The movie had its debut at the Cinemalaya in 2012.
