MANILA, Philippines – Can you imagine a tetris-inspired movie? You may stop trying to picture it out now, because there is going to be one.
A live action-based movie patterned from the game “Tetris,” will be falling into theaters soon. Treshold Entertainment will be teaming up with Tetris company to make this oddly yet exciting film.
“This isn’t a movie with a bunch of lines running around the page," Larry Kasanoff, CEO of Threshold Entertainment the Wall Street Journal’s Speakeasy.
Threshold’s CEO Larry Kasanoff is known for the film adaptation of “Mortal Kombat,” followed by “Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.” The total gross earnings of the film reached $105 million. Treshsholds ability to produce sci-fi movies was proven when it collaborated with Marvel, Lego, and “Star Wars” to produce large digital production projects.

Meanwhile, the storyline has not been created yet nor the cast, crew, production and release date, but sci-fi fans better keep posted as Treshold promised that Tetris will be an epic movie.
