Viva TV targets overseas Filipinos with new deal with OSN

Now, Viva Communications, Inc. is partnering with OSN, the largest pay-TV platform in the Middle East and North Africa to provide entertainment to Filipinos in the region that will give them a taste of home.

In a ceremony held recently at the Intercontinental Hotel Makati, Viva Communications, Inc. chairman and CEO Vicente del Rosario Jr. (far right) and OSN SVP Emad Morcos (right) signed the distribution agreement which will make Viva TV part of the OSN Pinoy channel line-up and the offering of top Viva movies on OSN’s digital platform — OSN Play.

OSN Pinoy is the must-watch Filipino TV entertainment in the Middle East and North Africa with nine of the most popular channels from the Philippines, including Viva TV plus up to more than 50 of the best channels from Hollywood and around the world.

According to OSN SVP Morcos, “We are confident that with the partnership with Viva, we will continue to reinforce our claim as the only home of premium Filipino content in the Middle East and North Africa and to further expand our entertainment choices and continue to enhance our valued OSN Pinoy subscribers’ viewing experience.”

Viva boss Vic also shared the same vision, “We are extremely happy with the partnership with OSN as this allows us to bring the greatest drama series, showbiz-oriented shows, music videos, reality series, game shows, concerts and movies to Viva fans in the region.”
