MANILA, Philippines - A non-competitive fun run was held last March 30, dubbed Isang Umaga, Isang Takbo, Isang Alaala, One Love, to commemorate the death anniversary of Francis Magalona. It was held in front of the Quirino Grandstand starting at 4:30 a.m.
Organized by Runtarantantan headed by race director Bearwin Meily, the fun run aimed to promote Filipino pride, personal integrity and commitment to positive change through a healthy and active lifestyle. Proceeds from the event were donated to the Francis Magalona Foundation which provides personal development programs and services to public high school students, parents and OFWs.
