MANILA, Philippines - Yasmien Kurdi and Max Collins renewed their ties with GMA Network, Inc. The contract signing was held recently at the GMA Network Center and attended by top Kapuso officers.
Present in the contract signing were GMA chairman and CEO lawyer Felipe Gozon, GMA Entertainment TV’s SVP Lilybeth Rasonable, GMA VP for Entertainment TV Marivin Arayata, GMA VP for Drama Redgie Magno, GMA AVP for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, GMA AVP for Corp. Comm. Angela Javier-Cruz, GMA AVP, head of Talent Branding, Imaging and Marketing Unit Simoun Ferrer, program manager for ETV Charles Koo and Max’s manager Perry Lansigan.
Yasmien, who signed a three-year exclusive network contract, said she is glad and grateful to be still a part of the GMA family, “I’m very happy and thankful. Simula pagkabata nandito na ako, nagdalaga ako, nandito na ako, nag-mature ako, nandito pa rin ako. Okey naman po dito kasi turing nila sa akin family, parang isang anak.â€
Max, on the other hand, expresses her excitement on her newest afternoon series Innamorata. “I’m so blessed and thankful to be a Kapuso. Innamorata is my first lead role, matagal ko ‘tong pinangarap at hinintay and I’m just thankful that it finally aired.†Max, who inked an exclusive two-year network contract, is also part of Sunday All Stars.
During the contract signing, Gozon expressed his admiration and appreciation for the two Kapuso artists. “Bihira itong sa loob ng isang hapon ay dalawang magagandang artista ang ating kinokontrata. Si Yasmien, tayo ang naka-discover diyan. Isa siya sa mga unang StarStruck kasama nina Jennylyn Mercado at Mark Herras. Si Max naman, napakaganda at magaling na artista.â€
