MANILA, Philippines - It was third-termer Gov. Vilma Santos’ turn to take her oath of office before husband, Sen. Ralph Recto, who did the same when he assumed his third term as senator in 2010. The event was held on June 28 at the Marble Terrace, Capitol Grounds, in Batangas City. Gov. Vilma reiterated that she didn’t have any further political plan when her term ends in 2016.
