NatGeo’s Great Migrations on GMA News TV

MANILA, Philippines - Our planet is in constant motion: Death-defying dramas playing out every day across land, sea and sky, as trillions of creatures moving because their lives depend on it.

Filmed across a three-year period in more than 20 countries and using cutting-edge technology, National Geographic’s Great Migrations, one of the most astounding wildlife programs ever made, airs on GMA News TV every Sunday, starting tonight at 10.

Hosted by award-winning documentarist Kara David, the series starts with the episode Born to Move, which reveals four of the most remarkable animal movements: Sperm whales traveling over a million miles in a lifetime; red crabs overcoming horrific obstacles on a daily basis; monarch butterflies taking four generations to cross a continent; and wildebeest, rising above the gaping jaws of ravenous crocodiles.
