1. Caramel Banana Tower â€” Baked wantons with caramelized bananas

2. Fried Bananas â€” Caramelized bananas, macapuno and langka rolled in lumpia wrappers coated with brown sugar

3. Mango Sago â€” Fresh mangoes and sago pearls with a hint of coconut cream

4. Chocolate Bacon â€” Pan-seared bacon covered with milk chocolate and topped with chopped peanuts served with vanilla ice cream

5. Chocolate Sweet Potato â€” Home-made sweet potato chips covered with milk chocolate served with vanilla ice cream

6. Crepe Samurai â€” Baked layers of mangoes, crepes and custard sauce
